HOW THICK IS A SLEEPWELL MATTRESS?

The mattresses have a different thickness depending on the model:
The Paglia is 20 centimeters thick.
The Arola is 24 centimeters thick.

HOW TO MAINTAIN MY MATTRESS ?

It is recommended to protect your mattress with a washable undersheet. Vacuum regularly to remove dust and dust mites. It is important to air out the room and uncover your mattress after a night’s rest.
Periodically, about four times a year, turn the front-to-back and head-to-toe – you’ll increase its lifespan.

WHAT ARE THE CERTIFICATIONS OF THE SLEEPWELL MATTRESS?

All Sleepwell mattresses are certified European Ecolabel. The EU Ecolabel is based on the principle of a “holistic approach that takes into consideration the life cycle of the product from raw material extraction, manufacturing, distribution, and use to recycling or disposal after use”. The quality of the materials and the use of the product are also taken into account. The label distinguishes the most environmentally friendly products. Its criteria ensure that products are fit for purpose and that their environmental impact is reduced throughout their life cycle. The label concerns both the product and its packaging.

HOW DOES THE 100-NIGHT TRIAL PERIOD WORK?

You are not satisfied: we exchange or refund. You have 100 nights to test and make sure you’re right for each other.

We do not apply the 100 night trial to items such as comforters, pillows and mattress toppers.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Good news! The delivery of your Sleepwell mattress is free all over Switzerland. Only deliveries to remote locations may be subject to additional charges. Sleepwell is reserved for Switzerland.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The manufacturing and delivery time is approximately 15 to 20 working days. Your order will be delivered on the date specified in the shipping confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

The items ordered on the site are delivered only in Switzerland to the address specified by you under “delivery address”. If the delivery address is located in a geographically isolated area, delivery may be delayed; if this is the case, we will inform you promptly.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

The mattresses are delivered by truck and installed by us at your place. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays, and usually between 08:00-19:00. A time slot will be communicated to you beforehand and validated by you. It is essential that you are at home to receive the mattress and sign the delivery note. Smaller items will be delivered to you by mail.

WHAT DOES SLEEPWELL'S 10 YEAR WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty covers all material and workmanship defects as well as damage resulting from normal use of the mattress for the first 24 months from the date of delivery. From the 3rd year on, the coverage decreases by 1/8 per year. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. See also “general conditions of guarantee”.

DOES THE 10-YEAR WARRANTY APPLY TO A REPAIRED OR REPLACED MATTRESS?

The warranty begins to run on the date of the first delivery.
